Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial through Stripe Checkout. You aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time from the self-serve billing portal.

Buy a credit pack from Settings (5 credits — $45 or 15 credits — $120) or enable auto-recharge so you never stall mid-deal. On Pro, you can also simply continue at $10 per additional questionnaire. Purchased credits don't expire.
Do my buyers need a Truven account?
No. Buyers verify with a work-email code, accept the NDA (one-click or e-signature), and download through short-lived signed links. Returning buyers can use the portal with a magic link — still no password.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
Your trust page stays published and your data is never deleted. Features above your new tier — NDA gating, custom-domain routing, alerts — pause until you upgrade again.
